The full story
Odass Paris makes bold, visual beauty products that are a natural fit for social discovery. The team wanted Meta to see more of what happened after a shopper left the feed and entered the store.
Instead of replacing its existing setup on trust, Odass Paris ran Bily beside the standard Shopify Conversions API connection and compared both paths against the same storefront activity.
In one matched hour, Bily recorded 834 PageViews versus 609. It also exposed 10 event types instead of 7. In the preserved campaign views, cost per purchase moved from €36.32 to €24.16, a 33% improvement.
A direct test against the existing CAPI path
The two pixels ran in parallel. Between 2 and 3 p.m., Bily captured 225 additional PageViews, or 37% more PageView data for the same hour.
The difference went deeper than volume. Bily exposed three additional event types after PageView, and nine of its ten events had Great Event Match Quality at the captured time. The standard pixel had one of seven at that level.
The commercial result came next
The account views compare the same campaign from April 5 to 9 and May 5 to 9. Cost per purchase fell from €36.32 to €24.16, down 33%.
That made the technical comparison useful to the growth team. More of the journey was visible to Meta, and the cost of winning the next customer moved down in the recorded campaign window.
What this shows about Bily
Bily is a stronger conversion signal path than the standard setup Odass Paris tested. It captured more activity, carried more event depth, and improved the identity quality attached to those events.
Odass Paris could see the difference before committing the live account. That is how signal infrastructure should earn trust: through a direct comparison the team can inspect.
Results reflect the preserved April 27 matched-hour signal test and the April 5 to 9 and May 5 to 9 Meta campaign views. Performance varies by brand, offer, market, campaign mix, and media strategy.
