How to read these results
Historical 2023 account record, reviewed for publication on 22 July 2026. Before-and-after account comparison. The ad account had not been edited for seven months before the 15-day performance comparison. Results are observational, not a controlled experiment.
The full story
Flowrette wanted to scale Meta acquisition without sacrificing efficiency. The problem was not a lack of demand or campaign activity; it was an incomplete stream of customer-event data reaching the ad platform.
The challenge
The recovered case-study record reports that as much as 72% of Flowrette’s event data was not reaching Meta. That signal loss left the account with a partial view of the customer journey and gave the delivery system less feedback for optimization.
What changed
Flowrette connected Bily’s Edge Pixel to send customer events through a server-side path. The goal was to improve event coverage and match quality without changing the campaign itself.

Seven days after implementation, the source record reports 72% more event data reaching the Meta pixel, together with stronger Event Match Quality across the tracked events.
The result after 15 days
Flowrette continued running the same ads. The original record says the campaign had last been edited seven months earlier, which reduced one obvious source of change during the comparison period. In the first 15 days with Bily, CPC fell 31%, CPM fell 18%, and CAC fell 9%.

What the comparison shows
The preserved record connects a clear increase in signal coverage with better acquisition efficiency over the same period. It is still an account-level before-and-after comparison, not a randomized experiment, so it should not be read as proof that tracking was the only influence on performance.
Creative, offer, audience, competition, and market demand can also move media costs. These figures describe Flowrette’s 2023 account and are not a guarantee of future results.
Next steps
The strongest next step is to repeat the comparison with a fixed attribution window and a paid-order baseline from Shopify. Keep a dated log of campaign, budget, creative, and offer changes, then compare signal coverage, CPC, CPM, CAC, and paid orders over the same period. If the improvement persists in both Meta and the order ledger, scale in small, reversible steps with a defined CAC stop condition.
